One file on my DJI Spark got corrupted on the SanDisk Ultra 16GB card that came with the Fly More Combo.
I formatted the card in the DJI app just prior to the flight.
After first flight I powered off the drone, switched to second set of battery, started to record and ended up with a 1,28GB of corrupted mp4 file 🙁
The nearly 8 km hike I did wasn’t wasted, I did get some exercise 🙂
Anyone else had similar experiences? Most of what I’ve read online was when people that the card itself become corrupted, not one file where other video files were ok.
Edit: Got a comment on my youtube video from Sam that might explain what happened: “apparently if you turn the drone off before stopping recording it can cause corruption as it has no time to save the file.”
I can easily imagine that could have happened. I’ll add this to the long list of things to remember when flying 🙂
